Texas Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons

Please complete the membership application and return it to our main office along with along with the $40.00 application fee (made payable to TSOMS).  Upon receipt, your application for membership will be forwarded to the Chair of the Membership Committee for verification of credentials. 

Following the verification process, your application for membership will be presented to the general membership of the Society at the next regularly scheduled membership meeting.  The Texas Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons meets bi-annually:  during the Annual Meeting of the Southwest Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in the Spring and during the Annual Meeting of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in the Fall. 

Our next meeting of the Texas Society will be held in Charleston, South Carolina in conjunction with the Southwest Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons on April 22, 2010.  Your application for membership will be included in the candidates presented for membership during our spring meeting provided we are in receipt of such application by January 16, 2010 and we are able to confirm your credentials.
