Texas Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons

Please complete the membership application and return it to our main office along with along with the $40.00 application fee (made payable to TSOMS).  Upon receipt, your application for membership will be forwarded to the Chair of the Membership Committee for verification of credentials. 

Following the verification process, your application for membership will be presented to the general membership of the Society at the next regularly scheduled membership meeting.  The Texas Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons meets bi-annually:  during the Annual Meeting of the Southwest Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in the Spring and during the Annual Meeting of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in the Fall. 

Our next meeting of the Texas Society will be held in Seattle, Washington in conjunction with the 90th Annual Meeting of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons on September 20, 2008.  Your application for membership will be included in the candidates presented for membership during our fall meeting provided we are in receipt of such application by early July 2008 and we are able to confirm your credentials.
